Annual Meeting / Nominating Committee

The process for Annual Meeting each year begins with Nominating Committee. The NEA Board of Directors must appoint the committee at their January meeting. The 2025 Committee is District 1: Richard A. Ladwig, Denzel Coffey and Ken Dixon. District 2: Cheryl Lund, Jerit DeGering and Rod Nelson. District 3: Judson Skavdahl, James A. Phipps, and Laura Button. 

On February 26, 2025, the Nominating Committee met at the NEA to nominate candidates. Incumbent Directors AW Manning (District 1), Neal Wurdeman (District 2), and David Keener (District 3) are seeking re-election and were placed on the ballot. The election will be held at the Annual Meeting on May 22nd at the Sioux County High School in Harrison, NE.
