Due to increased security requirements to protect your credit and bank information, individual Niobrara Electric employees can no longer accept payments over the phone.  To make a payment over the phone, call our payment processing line toll-free 888/301-0892. **Please have your account number available.

Pay-by-mail

Send your bill along with a check for the amount shown on the bill to: Niobrara Electric Assn, Inc., PO Box 697  Lusk WY 82225.

Pay in person

You can pay your bill with cash, check, credit card* or money order at the office. 3951 US 20 Lusk WY..
