The Wyoming Department of Family Services has limited funding available which can assist qualified applicants with their primary heating bills.

Rebates

Together with Tri-State G&T, Niobrara Electric Association offers rebate incentives for the purchase and use of energy efficient products on our system. In order to process rebates, a copy of the purchase receipt for an energy efficient item along with its supporting product information is needed.
